30-Day Returns (Eligible Items)
Eligible, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts included.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items
Made-to-order or custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of confirmed shipping damage or manufacturing defects. Custom includes items made to customer-selected sizes, finishes, configurations, or specifications.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, the outer packaging, and the shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Authorization
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-defective returns (customer remorse): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
