Arhownest is operated by Guizhou Duomi Trading Co., Ltd., an international trading company established in 2022.
Our company is legally registered in China and operates in compliance with applicable cross-border e-commerce regulations. We primarily serve customers in the United States and fulfill orders to U.S. addresses through trusted logistics and fulfillment partners.

Do you have a physical showroom?

At this time, Arhownest operates online only and does not have a public showroom. This allows us to focus on craftsmanship, quality materials, and direct-to-consumer pricing.

What materials are used in your lighting?

Our lighting fixtures are crafted using:

  • Natural alabaster stone

  • High-quality glass

  • Stainless steel or brass-finished metal components

Natural materials may feature variations in color and veining, making each piece unique.


Will my product look exactly like the photos?

Due to the natural characteristics of materials such as alabaster and handcrafted glass, slight variations in texture, veining, and tone are normal and expected. These variations are part of the product’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.


Are bulbs included?

Yes. All Arhownest lighting fixtures include compatible bulbs unless otherwise stated on the product page.


ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.


Do you offer subscriptions or recurring billing?

No. Arhownest does not offer subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic billing.
All purchases are one-time transactions only.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support secure express checkout options such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo, depending on availability at checkout.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.


Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free unless otherwise stated on the product page.


How long does delivery take?

Most orders are processed within 3 business day.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 days depending on the destination and item size.

In total, customers can expect delivery within approximately 8–13 days from the date the order is placed.


Can you ship to PO boxes?

No. Due to the size and fragility of our lighting fixtures, we require a physical street address for delivery.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
  • Non-defective returns (customer remorse): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Is professional installation required?

Professional installation is recommended for all hardwired lighting fixtures to ensure safety and proper installation.


How should I care for my lighting?

We recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, especially on natural stone surfaces.
