Arhownest operates with a global structure to ensure both quality and efficiency. Headquarters & Manufacturing: Our brand is operated by Guizhou Duomi Trading Co., Ltd., based in China, where our design and manufacturing teams ensure strict quality control.
U.S. Local Warehouse: To serve our customers better, we fulfill all US orders from our dedicated warehouse in Norman, Oklahoma. This allows us to offer the best of both worlds: premium direct-from-factory lighting with the speed and reliability of local US shipping.
Do you have a physical showroom?
We maintain a dedicated showroom at our manufacturing headquarters to showcase our latest artisan designs. However, in the United States, we operate exclusively online. By foregoing expensive retail storefronts in the US and selling directly from our factory via our Oklahoma warehouse, we are able to eliminate middleman markups and pass those savings directly to you.

Will my product look exactly like the photos?
Due to the natural characteristics of materials such as alabaster and handcrafted glass, slight variations in texture, veining, and tone are normal and expected. These variations are part of the product’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.
Are bulbs included?
Yes. All Arhownest lighting fixtures include compatible bulbs unless otherwise stated on the product page.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Do you offer subscriptions or recurring billing?
No. Arhownest does not offer subscriptions, recurring charges, or automatic billing.
All purchases are one-time transactions only.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support secure express checkout options such as Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo, depending on availability at checkout.

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free unless otherwise stated on the product page.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 3 business day.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 days depending on the destination and item size.
In total, customers can expect delivery within approximately 8–13 days from the date the order is placed.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
No. Due to the size and fragility of our lighting fixtures, we require a physical street address for delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Non-defective returns (customer remorse): Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my item arrives damaged?

We recommend gentle cleaning with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, especially on natural stone surfaces.
